Silouette CAMEO Party!!!

Back to School elicits so many new possibilities.  Rooms are rearranged, classroom decor changes, and themes evolve.  I can hear an ever so slight quiet across the world of teacher bloggers as we slip into the abyss we call our classrooms.

This week, I've dove into my classroom move from the 1st/2nd grade hallway to the Kindergarten wing.  Yes, WING.  We have 1PreK-K and 7 Kinder teachers.  I can already imagine the noise that will fill this hallway each morning.

Recently, I received a letter in the mail from my principal stating, "It's time for all Avengers to assemble.  With great power, comes great responsibility!"  Our first duty is to determine what kind of power we have and it's limitations.

For me, diving into a project means my undivided attention.  What powers will I need to wart off my nemesis, alter ego, a villain?  In order to answer this questions, I have to create the atmosphere.

Some of my sweet friends and I have been planning a CAMEO Party for months.  Oh... the day has arrived!  My abyss has centered around creating an atmosphere where the kids will buy into the theme.  Not hard to convince a 5 year old boy that he is a superhero.

I'm so excited to present my first project completed!  A Welcome Superhero Kid Banner!!!
